Eric began his insurance career as an intern while studying at the University of Kentucky. He graduated in 2005 with a B.A. in Marketing and Management, having already earned his Property & Casualty license in the summer of 2004. With over 20 years of industry experience, Eric is currently Vice President of Commercial Lines and a partner at Insuramax. His expertise lies in helping businesses identify key exposures, designing insurance and risk management programs that align with business goals, and working proactively to ensure these programs remain effective while managing costs.
Eric was recently elected as a commissioner for the City of Rolling Fields. He previously served on the 2016-17 Executive Board of the Independent Insurance Agents of Kentucky (IIAK), contributing to both the Events and Membership Committees. In 2017, he was appointed Emerging Leaders Chairman for IIAK and continues to support this important initiative as it prepares the next generation of industry leaders.
Beyond his work, Eric serves as a committee member for the annual Ronald McDonald House Charities of Kentuckiana golf outing, is an active volunteer at Holy Trinity Parish School where his three children are students, and is an executive board member of Wesley Manor Retirement Community. In his free time, Eric enjoys golfing, tennis, soccer, running, hiking, and spending time with his wife, Lindsay, and their three children: Harper (14), Molly Frances (11), and Wells (9).
