Insuramax is the 3rd largest privately held insurance agency located in Louisville, KY. The agency, founded in 1970 by Marvin Smith, has evolved into one of Louisville’s largest insurance agencies and now insures commercial business on a national scope in both Property/Casualty and Employee Benefits.

In 2010 Insuramax affiliated with The Keystone Group, a franchisor of independent insurance agencies and currently is the fourth largest privately held insurance agency group in the country.
