Apartment Program

Insuramax Apartment Association was formed to provide risk management services to property owners and management companies. We have established a routine loss prevention program for apartments, condominiums, and townhomes. The association is headed by Joseph C. Dever, a principal of Insuramax, one of the areas largest insurers of multihousing risks and a full service independent insurance agency for over thirty years.

We have a commitment to maintain a high standard of excellence in all that we do and to establish a firm relationship of mutual trust and service with each of our clients.
